Courses & Scheduling
What is included in my registration?
When participating in a Nexus Veterinary CE course, you can expect the following amenities to be included with your registration: complimentary lunch, instructor course notes, sponsor resources, and all general and specialty instrumentation used in the course.
Some hands-on courses are eligible for registered veterinarians to bring a team member to assist with the laboratory sessions. Refer to individual course pages to determine if this is included with your registration. If the course does not list this information and you would like to add a secondary seat for a team member, please contact stacy@nexus.vet to request additional information and support.
For information regarding hotel booking and ground transportation, please refer to the course location to see what discounts are available to course participants.
Are hotel discounts available?
Our team has worked with local hotels to negotiate discounted prices for room bookings. If this information is not included in the course materials with your registration, contact ce@nexus.vet to take advantage of this savings.
If you are attending one of our programs in Park City, contact Annisa Elkins for your special rate booking with Marriott AC Hotel - Park City. Can I bring a technician with me to the course?
Most hands-on courses are eligible for technicians to attend at low or no cost to the veterinarian. We encourage all veterinarians to build their teams to support them in performing procedures that can be implemented in veterinary practices after successful completion of the course.
Some courses have complimentary registration for one technician when registering a veterinarian. For courses with complimentary registration, contact ce@nexus.vet to receive a promo code for your technician to register at no cost.
If this is not indicated within the product description, please reach out to ce@nexus.vet to see if your course is eligible for a second member to join. Registration for secondary members may be subject to additional cost. To see this pricing, request a technician create an account and view the course product. Technicians may only attend if they are accompanied by a veterinarian from the same practice.
Do you offer group rates for courses?
If you are planning to register more than 1 veterinarian from your organization, contact ce@nexus.vet to see if a discount is available for you and your team. Our learning management system is built to support individual users and may require each member to create a profile and apply a custom promotional code that is unique to your organization.
What if the course I want to take is not available?
Our calendar is consistently updated with new upcoming courses. If the course you would like to attend does not appear in our course catalog or calendar, reach out to ce@nexus.vet to inquire about the next expected available course date.
If you are interested in a course that is not currently offered, our team is open to providing programs that are in-demand from veterinary professionals. If enough interest is shown, Nexus may add it to our course listings!
How do I receive my Course Certificate?
Upon completion of all course components, participants can download a copy of their certificate directly from the course online. In the components section, this option will become automatically available. If there are any errors or changes in required certificate formats, please reach out to stacy@nexus.vet for further assistance.

How do I reschedule? If you must reschedule for any reason, please contact stacy@nexus.vet to inquire about rescheduling your registration to a different date or course. If the course and location are the same as the original course, then there should be no additional charges incurred when enrolling. If the new course is a higher price, product credit will be applied to the new course to match the value spent on the original course.
Who qualifies for an order refund? If the course is cancelled by Nexus Veterinary CE, participants are entitled to full reimbursement of the registration price. If a registrant must cancel or reschedule for any reason, product credit will be provided equal to the original value paid during registration.
Can I exchange my registration for a different course? If you must reschedule for any reason, please contact stacy@nexus.vet to inquire about rescheduling your registration to a different date or course. If the course and location are the same as the original course, then there should be no additional charges incurred when enrolling. If the new course is a higher price, product credit will be applied to the new course to match the value spent on the original course.
How long does it take to process a refund? Refunds are processed through a payment processor that communicates directly with the issuer of your electronic payment in order to process orders securely and efficiently. Once a refund is initiated by Nexus, the time period for processing is dependent on the card issuer or bank used for the transaction. Credit card refunds typically take longer to process than e-checks and ACH transfers.
